Where does southeast salt ship?

  • Street addresses, P.O. Boxes (please check box during checkout) and Military APO/FPO addresses
  • All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excludes US Territories)
  • We do not ship internationally at this time (excepting for Canada)


How much will it cost to ship my order?

We currently ship via the USPS and charge a flat rate of $9.50
If you require expidited delivery please contact customer service to make arrangements.


How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Spam" email folder, so be sure to add southeast salt and our domain to your "safe" list.


Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you’d like to purchase additional items, please contact our Customer Care Team at or through our Customer Contact Form and we’ll do our best to find a solution.


Why are my purchases being sent to me in multiple shipments?

You may have ordered a number of items that don’t fit into one box, or we are shipping your item from one of our store locations. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages.

Please note, in order to fulfill your order to the best of our ability we sometimes ship your items directly from one of our stores which can result in multiple shipments for a single order. When this happens you may notice multiple posts to your credit card for a single order. The initial authorization is not a charge and will disappear from your account in 1-3 business days.

Where should I send my return or exchange?

Please send all returns and exchanges to:

Please write the Return Authorization # on the outside of the packaging.


Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn,unwashed and/or defective items in accordance with the following:


Full-price items with a southeast salt reciept:

  • Within 45 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit.
  • After 45 days of purchase: Merchandise credit
  • After 90 days of purchase: No returns are accepted on orders older than 90 days.


Sale-price items with a southeast salt reciept:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit.
  • After 30 days or purchase:  Merchandise credit
  • After 45 days of purchase:  No returns are accepted on sale-price items after 45 days of purchase.


southeast salt priducts without a southeast salt reciept:

  • Returns are not accepted without a southeast salt reciept


Merchandise purchased at retail stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased and is subject to the return policy of the retail store.


Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.


Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.


How do I make a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange please contact Customer Care.



Exchange Policy

If you need your exchange in a hurry, feel free to contact Customer Care and we will do our best to get your new products out to you quickly! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you (shipping is on us, of course), and you’ll be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.
